Do the plans come with customer support?
Absolutely, all plans include access to our dedicated customer support to assist you with any onboarding or concerns.
Is there a trial period for the different plans?
Yes! Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. You add a payment method and choose your plan to get started, and the monthly fee is waived for the first 30 days. Your plan then continues automatically afterwards unless you cancel during the trial at no cost.
Can I switch between plans?
Certainly! You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
What are the transaction fees?
Starter is charged at 2% per transaction (min 28p), Growth at 1.5% (min 28p), and Pro at 0%. Every plan includes the same core booking features; the transaction fee and the upcoming Reservie mobile app are what differ between tiers. Stripe's card-processing fees are charged separately, on top of your plan and transaction fee.
Are there any additional costs?
Yes — Stripe's card-processing fees apply on top of your reservie plan and transaction fee. These are charged directly by our payment partner Stripe on each card transaction. Please see the Stripe website for current rates.
