Questionnaires - customers interface

Introduction

Questionaires is a feature of reservie that allows you to define questionaire forms that clients should complete during the checkout process.

Once a questionnaire has been completed, their answers are stored for the period of time anda available within their account information.

Customer’s experience

The questionnaires can only be used as part of a v4 schedule checkout. They are presented during the checkout process immediately prior to payment.

The questionnaire presented is of course dependent upon questions defined. An example is shown as follows:

Once the questions have been answered the information is stored in the customer’s account and available for viewing.
