11:41 - ISS2024012201 Our providers have identified a networking issue in the their London data centre. They are currently investigating. We will update as soon as we have further information.

12:40 - ISS2024012201 Our providers have identified the source of the networking issue and are currently working on a resolution. We will update again as soon as we have further information.

13:45 - ISS2024012201 we have been informed that the issue has been resolved. They are continuing to monitor, but are now expecting normal operation.

10:00 - ISS12023110701 - reports that some schedules are not refreshing.

10:30 - ISS12023110701 - schedules are now refreshing as expected. We will continue to monitor.

12:00 - ISS12023110702 - Some users are not able to access their customer records. We are investigating.

13:10 - ISS12023110702 - We have issued a work around to force the reload of the new UI. We expect this to resolve the issue and will use this mechanism going forward.

13:18 - ISS12023110703 - Some end clients not able to login. We are investigating.

14:30 - ISS12023110703 - The root cause of this has been identified. A fix is currently in progress.

15:35 - ISS12023110703 - A fix for this has been issued. Logins are now operating as expected.

23:30 - Our servers are experiencing intermittent connection issues. We are investigating

05:00 - We have identified a cause of the issues. We are currently waiting for our server partners to investigate.

09:52 - This has been referred to the specialist networking team. We are awaiting further updates.

11:30 - We are still awaiting an official update from server partners. However, the storage hypervisor, which was believed to causing the intermittent connection issue, has stabilised. Our automated monitors are currently showing full availability and so account access should now be restored. We will continue to monitor throughout the day and will provide an update once we have further information.

17:00 - We are still waiting for a final update. Current indicators suggest an issue with the storage hypervisor (as previously discussed) combined with data loss due to internal data centre networking issues. These have been resolved, and whilst we are continuing to monitor the system, all components are operating as expected. Normal inter-system connectivity has resumed. We will continue to monitor the services, but unless there are any changes, we will issue a final update as soon as we have it.

23:00 - We have received a final update form our server partners. As outlined above the issue was a combination of issues with the storage hypervisor. Their services became overloaded and network connectivity intermittently interupted. They had detected this before we started to experience issues, but were still trying to understand the scope of the issue by the time we (and other services) were affected. They have implemented a fix to prevent this from re-occurring. Normal inter-system communication is now being observed. Our automated monitoring continues to note normal service. 8.00am a 3rd party content delivery component is currently down and causing loading issues for some of the backend components. This is being investigated.

9:10am - Issue identified. A fix is currently being worked on.
