A class happens at a set time whether it’s half-full or sold out. A 1:1 appointment is different: the slot itself has to be worked out, fresh, for every booking. That’s the part generic booking tools get wrong.
A slot only exists if four things line up
A 1:1 appointment is bookable only when the session length fits, you’re actually working, the room is free and there’s turnaround time before the next person. A class sits at a fixed time on a timetable; an appointment slot has to be calculated. Generic calendars leave you doing that calculation in your head, over DMs, for every single booking.

reservie was built by a teacher, and years of teaching made one thing obvious: the same studio that runs a class timetable also runs workshops, retreats and private sessions, and the same practitioner who teaches a morning class spends the afternoon with 1:1 clients.

Say who provides them, and when
Add each practitioner (reservie calls them facilitators) and their availability: dates, working days, hours and which services they offer. reservie then calculates your real bookable slots, takes payment and sends confirmations and reminders.
