Selling Videos
Introduction
Videos can be sold once the upload and processing of the video has complete.
Videos can be assigned to customers in two ways:
Purchased directly by the customer using a schedule.
Manually assigned to the customer via the customer manager.
Important: Videos can only be sold online using the v4 schedule.
Direct purchase by the customer
Videos that are ready for sell will be automatically added to your schedule and available using the 'video’ tab selection
Each video will be listed in a similar way to events and passes:
Once a video has been selected, it will be added to the cart ready for checkout. A classes can be paid for directly or via qualifying pass credits.
Manual assignment of videos.
Like events, videos can be manually assigned to customers accounts via the customer manager. To assign a video to a customer’s account:
Navigate to Customers -> Management
Find customer and click the manager icon.
The customer panel will open - click the video tab:
Click the ‘Assign video’ button
Select a payment method and complete form that will pop-up:
