Basic concepts
Once you have an account you will be able to create libraries and upload videos to the library.
Libraries
Libraries are folder that allow you to organise your media. To upload media you must have at least one library.
Videos
Videos are video media that you create and wish to sell.
Selling Videos
To sell videos, you need to create and publish a schedule. Schedules combine classes, passes, subscription and now videos and provides your ‘shop front’ to allow your customers and patients to buy these items.
Administrators are also able to manually assign videos to customers without incurring additional charges.
Customers access of videos
Once a customer has ‘purchased’ a video, these will appear in their customer portal, which will allow videos to be viewed using a built-in video player.
Please note: Due the way that we process videos, videos cannot be downloaded to play directly on the device.
