Delete your account

For customers of studios that take bookings with reservie, including anyone using the Reservie Studio Connect app from Reservie.

The quickest way: do it yourself

  • In the Reservie Studio Connect app: go to Account, then Delete account.
  • On the web: sign in to your studio's booking account, go to Account, then Delete my account.

Both schedule your account for deletion straight away, with no need to contact anyone. You then have 7 days to change your mind, when your studio can restore it, before your details are erased.

Before you can do this, cancel any subscriptions, future bookings and future appointments. The app and your account page won't delete your account until you have.

Use up any credit first. Any passes, account credit and vouchers are cancelled when your account is deleted, and can't be got back after that. Before you delete your account, check whether you have credit or unused pass classes left.

Can't do it yourself?

Perhaps you've removed the app, forgotten your password, or aren't sure which studio's account you have. Use the form below instead. You don't need to cancel anything first. Your studio will sort out your bookings and any subscription as part of handling your request.

What happens after you ask

  1. You confirm it's you. We email you a link. Nothing happens until you use it.
  2. Your studio schedules your account for deletion. We pass your request to your studio, who look after your account. We aim for this to happen within one month, and usually much sooner.
  3. You have 7 days to change your mind. Your studio can restore your account during that time.
  4. Then your details are erased. Your name, email address, phone number, password, and any notes your studio kept about you.

If you have a subscription with a minimum term, your studio decides whether to delete your account straight away or once the term has ended. They'll let you know which, and when.

What's kept

  • Records of your bookings and payments, because your studio needs them for its accounts. Your name and email address are removed from them, so they no longer identify you.
  • Questionnaire answers. If your studio asked you to fill in a questionnaire or waiver, your answers are kept for up to 10 years, as set by the studio, usually for insurance purposes. The record they're attached to no longer holds your name or contact details.

We use these details only to handle your request, and share them with the studio you name.
