What a yoga booking system does
It puts your timetable online and lets students book a place and pay for it themselves, at any hour, without messaging you first. The money is taken at the point of booking, your register keeps itself up to date, and confirmations and reminders go out without you writing them.
The alternative most teachers start with is a spreadsheet, a banking app and a lot of WhatsApp. That works until it doesn’t. Until you promise the same place to two people, or somebody who meant to transfer the money never does, or a Sunday evening disappears into working out who is coming on Tuesday.

How students book
You get a booking page of your own at yourname.reservie.net, which works straight away and needs no website at all. Share the link on Instagram, in WhatsApp replies, or at the bottom of your emails.
If you do have a website, your timetable can be embedded into it so students book without leaving your site. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Showit all work, and we will put it in place for you if that part makes you nervous. Payment is by card through Stripe, with Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout, and the money goes into your own account.

Stripe’s card-processing charge is separate and goes to Stripe rather than to us. On a £12 drop-in booked on Starter, our fee is 28p. There is no contract, no setup fee and no charge for the first 30 days. Yoga booking system FAQs
Is reservie only for yoga?
No, but it was built around the way yoga is taught, so that is what it fits best. Pilates, barre, meditation, breathwork, sound baths and most wellbeing classes work the same way. If you teach a mix, it all sits on one timetable rather than in separate systems.
Can I use it with my existing website?
Yes. Your timetable can be embedded into a site you already have. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Showit all work, so students book without leaving your website. You also get a hosted booking page at yourname.reservie.net, which works as a link on Instagram, in emails or on a poster if you have no website at all.
Does it work for Zoom classes?
Yes. Connect your Zoom account and online classes are created with their joining details attached, which go out with the booking confirmation. Online and in-person classes sit side by side on the same timetable.
What does a yoga booking system cost?
reservie starts at £3 a month on the Starter plan, with a 2% transaction fee and a 28p minimum. Growth is £15 a month with a 1.5% fee, and Pro is £59 a month with no transaction fee. Stripe’s card-processing charge is separate and goes to Stripe. There is a 30-day free trial and no contract.
Can students buy class passes?
Yes. Sell five or ten class passes, or a block for a whole term, and reservie counts down the credits as they are used and applies whatever expiry you set. Monthly subscriptions with recurring billing are also available for regulars.
Is there a free yoga booking system?
reservie is free for 30 days, with every feature included and no card needed to start. After that it is £3 a month on the Starter plan. There is no free-forever tier, because a booking system that takes your students’ money needs looking after. Hosting, card security and a real person answering support emails all cost something, and £3 a month is what that comes to.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can stop whenever you like. The first 30 days are free, and there is nothing to sign.
