Which reservie plan suits you?
The right plan depends on how much you take in a month and how people usually pay. Put in your own figures and this shows which plan suits you, and what each one would cost.

Which plan suits you?
Put in roughly what you take through bookings in a month, and how people usually pay. This shows what each plan would cost you at those figures. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent anywhere.

Worked out from our published prices and the figures you entered. Stripe's own card-processing fees are charged on top of every plan, by Stripe. Bookings paid for with a pass you've already sold make no new payment, so there's no fee on them. Membership payments aren't included here.
How the fee works
Each plan has a monthly price and a small fee on each payment your customers make. The fee is worked out once per payment, on the whole basket, not once per class. So a block of four classes bought in one go is one payment and one fee.
On Starter and Growth the fee has a 28p minimum. That only comes into play on smaller payments: a single £10 class pays 28p, where a £40 block pays 2% of £40, which is 80p, or 20p a class.
What this cannot tell you
It only knows the figures you put in. Your takings will move from month to month, so it's worth trying a quiet month and a busy one.
It doesn't include Stripe's card-processing fees, which Stripe charges on top of every plan, or payments for monthly memberships.
Every plan includes the same core booking features and a free 30-day trial, and you can change plan at any time. See every plan in full.
Common questions
How is the reservie transaction fee worked out?
It is a percentage of each payment, taken once per checkout. On Starter and Growth there is also a 28p minimum per payment; Pro has no minimum, and Studio has no transaction fee at all. Stripe's own card-processing fee is separate, and Stripe charges it on every plan.
Why does a block of classes cost less in fees than single classes?
Because the fee, and the minimum, is charged once per payment, not once per class. A customer who buys a block of four classes in one go makes one payment, so the minimum can only apply once. Four single classes are four payments.
Is there a fee when someone books with a pass they already bought?
No. The fee was charged when the pass was bought. Booking a class with it makes no new card payment, so there is nothing to charge a fee on.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, so you can start on one and move as your timetable grows.
