The reformer studio problem
Most booking tools don’t understand a reformer studio
In a reformer studio your capacity is hardwired to your machines. Software that only counts heads or room size will over-book your reformers and leave you sorting it out on the floor.
Your room fits twelve, your studio seats six
Reformer capacity is fixed to your machine count, not the size of the floor — six reformers means six spots, even if twelve mats would fit. Most tools give you a single headcount box, which can’t tell a reformer place from a mat place or hold a room total on top, so you either over-book the machines or throw away seats.
A “reformer + mat” class is really two counts
Run a hybrid session and you have reformer spots and mat spots in the same class. They fill at different rates and need counting separately, which a single headcount field can’t do.
A 10-class pack isn’t ten separate bookings
Pilates sells on 5- and 10-class packs and capped memberships, not one-off drop-ins. A calendar that only takes single bookings can’t count down credits, enforce expiry dates or stop someone spending a pack they’ve already used up — so you reconcile it by hand.

Why we built it
We could not find software that fit, so we built it
We started reservie in 2015 because the booking software we could find did not fit studio classes. It was either too basic to run a proper timetable, or it buried a simple job under features and fees designed for a gym chain. So we built the thing we wanted.
The part that matters for a pilates studio is that capacity is something you set per class, not per room. Cap a class to your reformers and it holds the line, the same way a yoga class caps to its mats, so teachers who run both use the same reservie for both. And when you email us, you reach a person who knows the system rather than a call centre.

How clients book
You get a booking page of your own at yourname.reservie.net, showing your reformer and mat sessions with the places left on each. Clients pick a time, pay, and are on the list.
If you have a website, the timetable can sit inside it, so nobody is sent somewhere else mid-booking. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Showit all work, and we will put it in place for you if that part makes you nervous. Card payments run through Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay are there at checkout, and the money lands in your own account.
What it costs, in full
The plan you pick changes the transaction fee and nothing else. Equipment-aware capacity is on all of them.

Stripe’s card-processing charge is separate and goes to Stripe rather than to us. On an £18 reformer class booked on Starter, our fee is 36p. There is no contract, no setup fee and no charge for the first 30 days. The pricing page sets out every plan in full.
