What a class booking system does
It sells the places and keeps the register. Somebody finds your timetable, picks the session they want, pays for it, and their name lands on the list for that date. You open the register on the day and it is already right.
Most of the difficulty in running classes is not the teaching. It is the enrolment week when thirty families all want the same Saturday slot, the child who has moved up a group mid-term, the coach who needs to know who has paid before anyone gets in the water, and the parent who asks on Friday night whether there is still space. How people book
You get a booking page of your own at yourname.reservie.net. It works from the moment you add a class, so a club with no website can still take bookings by the end of the day.
If you have a website, the timetable can sit inside it, so nobody is sent off to a different address halfway through booking. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Showit all work, and we will put it in place for you if that part makes you nervous. Card payments run through Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay are there at checkout, and the money lands in your own account.
What it costs, in full
The plan you pick changes the transaction fee and nothing else. Every one of them can run a full timetable.

Stripe’s card-processing charge is separate and goes to Stripe rather than to us. On a £12 class booked on Starter, our fee is 28p. There is no contract, no setup fee and no charge for the first 30 days. What is a class booking system?
It is software that holds your timetable, sells the places and keeps the register. People pick a session, pay for it, and get a confirmation, and you get a list of who is coming that is right at the moment you look at it rather than at the moment you last updated it.
How much does a class booking system cost in the UK?
reservie starts at £3 a month on the Starter plan, with a 2% transaction fee and a 28p minimum. Growth is £15 a month with a 1.5% fee, and Pro is £59 a month with no transaction fee. Stripe’s card-processing charge is separate and goes to Stripe. There is a 30-day free trial and no contract.
Can a parent book for their child?
Yes. The adult books and pays in their own name, and you can add a question at checkout that captures the child’s name, age or anything else you need for the register. That means the person paying and the person attending are both recorded, which is what a swim school or a dance class actually needs on the poolside or at the door.
Can I sell a whole term rather than single sessions?
Yes, and you can offer both on the same class. Sell an eight-week block for the people who commit to the term, keep single dates available for everyone else, and reservie keeps the numbers straight across the two. You can also let a term be paid for in one go at the start, which is usually the point of selling it as a block.
Does it handle registers and attendance?
Every date has its own register showing who has booked, who has paid and who is on the waiting list. You can mark attendance, add somebody who turns up and pays on the day, contact everyone on that date at once, and issue a refund without leaving the page.
What if I teach at more than one venue, or have other coaches?
Both are fine on one account. Classes carry their own location, so a Monday session at the leisure centre and a Thursday one at the village hall sit on the same timetable, and each coach or teacher has their own availability rather than sharing one calendar.
Is there a free class booking system?
reservie is free for 30 days, with every feature included and no card needed to start. After that it is £3 a month on the Starter plan. There is no free-forever tier, because a booking system that takes your customers’ money needs looking after. Hosting, card security and a real person answering support emails all cost something, and £3 a month is what that comes to.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can stop whenever you like. The first 30 days are free, and there is nothing to sign.
