What's New in V2

Updated Jun 24, 2026 2 min read

We've rebuilt Reservie from the ground up — faster, smoother, and packed with the things you've asked for. Here's what's new in V2 and how to start using it.

We’ve rebuilt Reservie from the ground up. V2 is faster, smoother, and packed with the things you’ve asked for — while everything you already rely on works the way you expect.

Both versions are available right now, so you can explore V2 at your own pace. We’ll be formally sunsetting V1 on 1st September 2026, and everyone will move across to V2 then — so there’s plenty of time to get familiar.

What’s new

  • A brand-new interface — the whole backend has been rebuilt from the ground up: cleaner, quicker, and built for the way you work.
  • Appointments — book one-to-ones and consultations, not just classes.
  • New schedule design — a redesigned schedule that’s more flexible and easier to manage.
  • Gift vouchers — let customers buy credit and gift it to someone else.
  • Faster checkout — Stripe Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna pay-later mean quicker checkout and fewer drop-offs.
  • Redesigned booking & buy pages — a fresh, modern look your customers will love.
  • New customer portal — a refreshed space for your customers to manage their bookings, passes and payments.
  • New facilitator logins — give your facilitators their own login to see what they need.

Try V2 today

Head to cloud.reservie.app to log in and explore V2. There’s no setup to do first — your account is already there waiting for you.

The one thing to do: upgrade your schedules

The only real job to consider is upgrading your schedules. When you’re ready, you can upgrade each one in a click — with no website changes and no new links to swap out. Everything you’ve already embedded keeps working.

See Upgrading a Schedule from V1 for the full walkthrough.

Your plan and pricing are unchanged

Your current plan stays exactly as it is — no changes or alterations to your charges, and no new fees or costs associated with using V2.
